Managing Planning and Scheduling
In this 3-day course, participants build a work management program based on Reliability Excellence best practices. The course is designed for a Lead Planner or Department Manager to establish a proactive work management program or to transform an existing program into an effective, results-producing department that positively impacts maintenance costs, plant reliability measures and employee morale.

- Pre-Requisites: It is strongly recommended that participants have related field experience.
- Cancellation and Refund:100% refund, minus a $75 administrative fee, if you cancel more than 14 days before a training course date. No refunds will be given after that time. Registrations can be transferred. In the event that a course is rescheduled or canceled because enrollment numbers are not met, we reserve the right to offer complete refunds or reschedule for a more appropriate time frame. We will always work with our clients for a mutually agreeable solution.
